FAQ

Can parents observe class?

Parent observation will only be permitted the last 10 minutes of each class. Parents/Guardians of dancers under 5 years must remain in the studio lounge in case they are needed.

What door can I use to come into the studio?

It is easiest to come into classes from our back door. The 2nd Studio entrance is for dancers. The 1st studio entrance is for Parents/Dancers under 6.

May I stay while my child is in class?

Yes, you may use our studio lounge located in the basement.

What if my child is sick?

If your child is ill, then it is best to have them not participate in class as we do not wish to infect other students. If your child has an injury they are permitted to come into class and take notes. We would appreciate it if you could notify the office if your child is to be absent from class. You may contact us by emailing the studio, leave message on office phone or contact us on our MND Facebook page.

Can my child bring snacks to class?

Yes, we have for your convenience a refrigerator and microwave in our student lounge area. We also have water available in the office to purchase for $1.00/bottle.

Is the studio open during bad weather?

To find out if the studio is going to remain open you may check our voicemail after 12 pm on the day inclement weather occurs. We will also post whether or not we will remain open on our Facebook, Twitter, and Website.

Can a student and/or parent cross the dance floor when they enter the studio?

You may not cross the floor during class. This will disrupt the students that are currently in class at that time. Please wait until the end of class.

What if I feel that my child is too advanced for the class?

Our teachers are highly trained and will place your child where we think they are best fit. If you have any questions about your child's placement in any class please see the office to schedule a meeting with his or her teacher. No teacher is to be interrupted during class time.
