Attitude (Mission Statement)
Our dance program is designed for dancers to build a foundation in which they will build confidence in themselves along with passion & dedication. Our non-competitive environment will guide the dancers to work together as teammates, not competitors. When given the tools by our team of Dance Educators, these dancers will grow and mature into not only beautiful dancers, but also beautiful people.
Motion N' Dance will possess zero tolerance for any misconduct towards Instructors, Staff, Students, and Parents. Any individual who breaches this policy will be asked to leave.
Dress Code
All dancers must be properly dressed with their hair secure off their neck line. All dancers must wear proper shoes to enter the floor. Failure to comply and dancer will not be permitted to participate in class.
Girls: Bodysuit (any style); tights
Boys: Shorts; tank shirt
Hip –Hop dancers may wear loose clothing & sneakers- NO JEANS.
Observation
Parents are welcome and encouraged to observe the final 10 minutes of class (at Instructor's discretion). Saturday baby parents are welcome to observe entire class. Any distractions to an Instructor or student and a parent may be asked to leave.
Attendance
It is very important that all parents and dancers understand that attendance is a must for the dancer's progress as well as the Instructor's time. Please be considerate and notify the staff when your dancer(s) are unable to attend.
Studio Payment Policy
BILLING
Bills will be mailed home during the last week of every month for the upcoming billing cycle.
Bills will include monthly tuition, costume payments and miscellaneous fees when applicable.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Payments (cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover) should be presented to someone in the office. DO NOT GIVE PAYMENT TO INSTRUCTOR.
- Any student who wishes to pay the tution for the year in full by the 15th of Sept. will receive 10% off the total.
- Payment is due in full NO LATER than the 10th of of every month.
- Late fees will be applied to all unpaid accounts on the 11th day of each month.
- Anyone with an outstandng balance on the first of the month will be denied class admittance until payment has been rendered in full.
- Classes missed due to nonpayment will not be credited or made up.
